Amway Germany participates in the Amway/UNICEF pan-European partnership. Distributors and employees also take part at numerous fun runs to raise money and awareness for the work of UNICEF.

Amway Germany joined forces with 16 Ronald McDonald houses throughout the country and donates $50 to the foundation for each hour an employee volunteers there. The contribution goes towards enhanced waiting rooms within hospitals by turning them into an Amway "Oasis" to sleep, relax and play. Amway distributors and employees organize events for families and maintain the homes in all 16 locations.

Amway Germany also organized the first Amway Charity Golf event to raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House in Munich.

Kindergartens receive funds from Amway Germany to sponsor teachers helping children with special needs, buy computers, support local food banks and offer training to school classes on healthy eating and the importance of exercise.
