Fazenda Nutrilite recognized in 2006 SESI awards

The "Quality in Work SESI Award" was created in 1996, to honor companies that establish programs of improvement of life quality in the workplace and that practice social responsibility. The companies are evaluated in many categories, including administration, health, safety, environment, education, leisure and culture and social responsibility. The main goal is to promote companies that are committed to employees’ wellness and to personal values.

The evaluation was carried out through a questionnaire given to the employees, self-analysis made by Human Resources Department of the companies, technical visit of SESI staff and documentation sent by HR Department to prove all information in writing.  Also, number of work accidents, trainings and programs offered to the workers counted. 

The prize is awarded in four categories: small business, up to 19 employees; small company, from 20 to 99 employees; average company, from 100 to 499 employees, and large company, above 500 employees. The national winners are allowed to use a stamp of the Award on their products’ labels and on any advertisement.

Fazenda Amway Nutrilite do Brasil received a third-place ranking among several companies in the State of Ceará, with prizes awarded as follows: 1. Cimento Poty, cement producer.  2. Tuboart, manufacturer of steel furniture; 3. Fazenda Amway Nutrilite do Brasil Ltda; producer of organic botanical extracts.
